It's a map but it's WAY too basic to really judge. It looks more like part of a map, like you cropped a bigger one, than a full map.

Work on creating a full map. (It's easier to make a basic template first). That part is pretty good, except I think the two towns in the bottom right of the map are too close together.

I'd like to see you expand and make a full map. You're pretty good!
