What we know so far, is that in this episode Wallace from Sootopolis City will be finally making his anime debut. You may remember him from previous Pokemon games as the 8th Gym Leader (Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire) or Pokemon Champion (Pokemon Emerald).

This episode airs on April 17th, 2008 in Japan.

I'm going to bring up the possibility that this may be the first of a few episodes about Galactic seeing how the summary mentions Wallace being at a lake and we're near Lake Valor.

Oh I don't know both Ash and Wallace might be an even match some what. If Gligar evolved here in the battle I'd be shocked. I can't wait to see Ash meet him, should be intresting.

I think Gligar will evolve in the episode after this one maybe two or three more after that one, but most definately before the 5th gym battle.

I'm having my doubts about Wallace owning a Milotic, even though I really want him to have one..

This is only thought because Juan already had one, and is there room for two Milotics? I'm sort of expecting a Lumineon however..
