Does anyone know where you can get dragon claw in Fire Red or Leaf Green.

Also does anyone know of a way to start a new game but keep your pokemon?
I have over 120 highly trained pokemon and don't want to lose them.

Dragon Claw can be found somewhere in Victory Road.
The only way to keep your Pokémon when restarting is trading all of them with another game and trading them back afterwards. however if you have over 120, this might be difficult.

If you have Pokémon Box RS you can keep them all bar one (Like a Magikarp).

Note that you need a GBA and GBA-GCN lead and a Cube/Wii, and almost a empty GC 4 meg Memory Card.

You mean TM02, Dragon Claw? At the entrance of Victory Road (from the Viridian Gate), go to where the girl Cooltrainer is, then go right until the end of the path. One of the 2 items is Dragon Claw. I'm not sure which one, though.
