To be honest, this wouldn't technically count as a monotype team, due to the fact that two of your dragons are Mega Evolutions, meaning one of them will be unable to be a Dragon when the other is.

Anyway.

Most of your team is weak to Ground so a Dragon/Flying Pokemon would be logical. To that end I am inclined to suggest my old favorite, Dragonite.

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Adamant Nature
Multiscale
252 Atk / 4 SpDef / 252 Spe
-Dragon Dance
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Fire Punch/Extreme Speed

Self explanatory Dragonite is self explanatory. Salamence could also work, if you want a little bit more power in exchange for a lot of bulk, but Dragonite's more reliable imo.

For Ampharos, you can try something along the lines of...

Ampharos @ Ampharosite
Modest Nature
Static -> Mold Breaker
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-Thunderbolt
-Dragon Pulse
-Focus Blast
-Agility

Focus Blast lets it deal with certain things that otherwise wall it (Tyranitar, Ferrothorn, etc.). Agility may be slightly gimmicky, but it can let it patch up its awful speed. Think of it akin to Rock Polish on the myriad of slow rock types. Then again, Mega Ampharos as a whole has never really been the best out there.

The Uncultured One
I would drop Amphaos for Kingdra, as it is more reliable, and has less weaknesses, as many pokemon carry Earthquake, Dazzling Gleam and Ice Beam.
Kingdra@Damp Rock
Any SpAtk boosting nature
Swift Swim
-Rain Dance
-Flash Cannon
-Dragon Pulse
-Hydro Pump/Brine

This set relies on Rain Dance and Swift Swim to outrun everyone else, while Dragon Pulse hits everything that isn't Steel or Fairy type. Flash Cannon deals with Fairies, and can hurt the Ice types that attack for neutral damage. Hydro Pump is extremely powerful, but inaccurate, so I run Brine, as it is reliable and can finish off most things at half health or less, with about 195 base power, due to STAB and double damage when the target is under half health.

Salamence @ Lum Berry

~Earthquake
~First Blast

Adamant Nature

-Dragon Dance
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Fire Punch/Extreme Speed

You can also run Weakness Policy on this set as well.
Weakness Policy activates when hit by a super effective move, it sharply raises the user's Attack and Special Attack stats. :)

Like they said above, you can only use one mega so I'd drop either of those, your choice which, a good physical hitter would be Salamence like shown above with ground immunity. Garchomp would be another good option for a heavy hitter though it's not immune to ground.

Garchomp - Rocky Helmet
Rough Skin
Jolly
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Poison Jab
Stone Edge
Outrage
Earthquake

Another possible alternative in place of one of the mega's could be Hydreigon, which can go either way on attack and has levitate, but watch out for fairies.

Dragonite or Kingdra would work great as a special and they both can benefit from rain dance depending on their moves. If you're willing to focus on special over physical, a possible set up would be to drop mega Charizard, replace thunderbolt with thunder on mega Amphrose and go with Dragonite and add Kingdra, like so.

Kingdra - Damp Rock
Modest
Swift Swim
18 HP / 252 Sp Atk / 240 Spd
Rain Dance
Dragon Pulse/Draco Metero
Flash Cannon
(water move of your choice)

Dragonite - Weakness Policy/(any damage boosting item)
Modest
Multiscale
6 HP / 252 Sp Atk / 252 Spd
Hurricane
Thunder
Focus Blast/(or any water move)
Draco Meteor
