Dragon Scale?

I can't get it in Emerald. I just want wondering how to get it in fIRE rED?

Wild Horsea/Seadras will sometimes hold them. (5% of the time, to be more exact) Either you can catch a bunch until you get one, or have a Pokemon use Theif/Covet.

you can get it by winning the battle tower.

In FR/LG, there is a dragon scale located south of Six Island. Just go there and go out to Water Path or whatever the area east of the town is, and surf south until you reach the rocks scattered around the edge of the water. Surf inbetween a gap in the rocks and the item will be on a piece of land, just waiting for you to pick it up.

You can also get one from beating the trainer tower, I don't remember which tag battle you have to do though.

In Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald ONLY you can get dragon scales off wild horsea/bagon. Horsea doesn't hold anything in FR/LG.
