there are no actual dragons left, you could try either a previous evolution of one of those dragons (not the best option) or use a pokemon that's in the same egg group and thus similar, such as charizard or gyarados.

as far as the movesets go, they're decent enough for in-game. rayquaza is pretty quick i doubt you'll need a quick claw on him, and altaria shouldn't have dragon dance which will boost its attack (and speed) if you give it all special attacks... you're better off with a different move. maybe safeguard, haze (egg move) or even agility if you still want a speed increase (also an egg move).

you can use kingdra, it's a dragon team's only ice resist. modest, @ leftovers, surf/ice beam/rain dance/filler.

IMO Fire Blast > Quick Attack. Rayquaza, Salamence and Dragonite stops Reversalers already, and Rayquaza can Extremespeed

the only other dragons that i can think of are the Lati@s. and they are Dragon and Psychic. why are so many legendaries psychic? but any way, a good idea it would be to analize your weaknesses and from there plan the move of yours.
