Dragon's Bonding

Isis sat there with her spiked bracelet, playing with it like it was some kind of interesting toy. She looked up to the sky, which was very gray, and looked to her father, who was the ruler of the city. He was just sitting there like most kings do, with a magic scepter that held all the powers of the dragons. He had fought against Osai many times, and now he had banished him. His dragon had helped too, and together they had beaten him...or so they thought.

"Dad?" Isis asked, finally putting the spiky bracelet on her left arm and sighing. "Can I please go see the Dragon Circle?"

Her father sighed, and nodded. "But remember to take your necklace." He slipped a rainbow colored necklace around her neck, and she fingered it.

"But dad! It's so....not me. I'm dark. Remember?" she asked, the last part with emphasis. "I don't like these colors."

"This protects you from being captured by Osai!" he snapped, and then she ran out without warning. He rolled his eyes, and out of a portal before him came a huge purple dragon, looking somewhat like Lucemon Satan Mode. He had the same shield over his eyes, and six wings and a smaller black ball that fit between his hands.

<Is the city safe?> he asked, growling. He looked around and saw it was, at some extent.

"Yes, it is. Thank you for checking up on me. Isis is going to see the Dragon Circle, and she'll meet the Dark Dragon soon. She makes me so proud of her, that she'll be getting a dragon soon. But don't you think that she'll be hurt?"

<As long as she has that dragon almost nothing can hurt her. I shall go call him out. Osai has many servants that they must face if they are going to defend this beautiful city.> He lifted off and flew to the Dragon Circle and floated above it, invisible to everyone below.

Isis eagerly ran around the Dragon Circle, ecstatic. Which was weird considering that wasn't at all what she was like. Then she ran into the dark symbol triangle and went into a pose like people in Full Metal Alchemist.

"
Have mercy on me, oh guardian three, so you shall guard my ways,
For many years, for many months, and ever so many days,
Have I waited for this, my darkness kiss, forever I shall not sway,
To the ways of sin, for I shall win, and banish Osai TODAY!
" she chanted, putting her hands together and then throwing them out at "today". The dark symbol on the circle lit up, and lights glowed around her. Her hair flew back and all of a sudden she felt scales grow on her, and she turned into her dragon self. It melted away, and she sighed. "Oh man..."

OOC: You guys say the same thing when you're trying to become your dragon self, except for when you say "my ___ kiss" say your element in the blank. I thought of that all by myself ^_^ Your dragon comes after you say that. Just take your time. Remember, Isis is like Shadow, kinda anti-social and she's only ecstatic because she's going to get her dragon-human.

Sora was laying out on his front lawn, in a large, plushy clump of grass. He was staring at the sky, marveling over the beauty of it, even though it was a dreary, overcast day. He sat up and ran his hands threw his black hair. He stretched and let out a great yawn and slowly got up from his little patch of grass. Well, he thought, I better get going.

He started towards the backdoor of his house. He opened it up and walked into the kitchen, where he noticed his mother was preparing tea.

"Have a cup before you go?" she asked.

"Sure!" he replied, rather delighted.

After his cup of tea, he siad goodbye to his mother, and ventured out his front door toward the Dragon Circle. On his way he noticed that the sky got considerbly darker, but he payed no mind to it.

"Hmm.....wonder how much farther it is.." he said to himself.

No sooner had the words left his mouth, he had stepped onto the platform of which the Dragon Circle was. He looked around the many triangles on the stone bottom and found the one that represented grass. He stepped on it, not entirely sure what to do, but assumed a position. He began chanting:

Have mercy on me, oh guardian three, so you shall guard my ways,
For many years, for many months, and ever so many days,
Have I waited for this, my earthly kiss, forever I shall not sway,
To the ways of sin, for I shall win, and banish Osai TODAY!

The triangle of which he was standing started glowing a deep, forest green. A wind started blowing around him, whipping his hair around. A dragon form started to materlize around him, but no sooner had it started, it vanished.

"Wow.....I think I got down how to do it. More practice will help."

OOC: Hope this is good. I replaced "darkness" with "earthly". Hope that's okay, because I picked that because you said grass dragons sort of have power of earth, in a way. If not, I'll change it.

Bring it.
Jase wandered threw the deep forest. He was looking for a certain something, but why would it be in a forest? If he was called the future socalled fire dragon, why would he need to travel to a forest? Jase was confused, but he accepted it and kept walking.

"Jeez, I must have been walking for atleast 3 hours,"he said continuing to walk on.

There were a large variety of animals. They were animals everywhere, all watching Jase continue to walk through the dense forest.

Fianlly Jase came to a tree-less area. In the middle of a large pile of sticks and twigs. The pile was bigger than Jase himself. Jase took this as what he was looking for.

Jase put his hands together infront of his chest, and then the pile of wood suddenly caught fire. Jase was a little surprised by this, but remained calm. He pushed the hair covering his left eye aside, and then saw the triangle in the fire. Jase then started the chant...

Have mercy on me, oh guardian three, so you shall guard my ways,
For many years, for many months, and ever so many days,
Have I waited for this, my flaming kiss, forever I shall not sway,
To the ways of sin, for I shall win, and banish Osai TODAY!

Jase's left began to glow, and suddenly Jase was engulfed in fire, yet he didn not feel any burning at all. Jase felt that he was becoming stronger, and more powerful.

"Sweet..."

OFF: Hope this is alright.

OOC: I think you guys are confused. We're supposed to get our dragons first. Isis wants her dragon-human first, but she can't get it. So...you guys are all supposed to be saying that for your dragons. Its the same chant, but none of us gets our dragon-humans yet, just the dragons. You don't even have to discover it in the circle yet, you can discover it somewhere else. Taoist, you said you wouldn't type like that in the RP -_-

BIC:

Isis saw other people rush into the circle, and begin the chant as well. Only the one with the fire element got it right. She sighed and went over to congratulate him. "I guess you have a better stamina than us? Because I know I didn't get it, and I've never had much stamina."

A wind whipped around her, and she looked up. A large purple dragon with a small black ball in between his hands and six wings and a shield over his eyes was landing. He flapped his wings steadily, and then stomped into the middle of the circle. A light glowed from the mark there, and Isis's eyes grew wide.

<Hello. My name is Karzu. I see....there are only four of you here?> he asked in a low voice, somewhat freakish.

"Yeah, we were trying to get our dragon-humans. Is that wrong?" Isis asked madly, knowing she had been taught to treat Karzu with respect had he ever come down, but she was ticked at the thought that she couldn't become her dragon-human yet.

<You cannot get in touch with your dragon-human so quickly. You must first meet your dragon, and then create a string bond with it. Then when you are fighting you will discover you can fight along your dragon's side.>

"But this fire kid here already got his stinkin' dragon human! Why can't I?"

Karzu turned his large body around, almost hitting Isis with his tail, and smiling with bared teeth like he always did. Those teeth just never opened or closed; he absorbed food through the ball. <Congratulations,> he said to the kid. <You have proven yourself worthy amongst myself and the other two guardians.>

The kid looked about to wet his pants.

OOC: We won't get our dragons till later, when everyone is here.

The girl stood on a hill overlooking the city, her ebony hair blowing in the wind, playing about her face. Her eyes were dimming with bad temper. She scratched the mark on her upper forearm absentmindedly, even though it did not itch, and sighed. Why did she have to come here, of all places? She loathed this place. Wouldn’t the mountains be a more romantic place for a sacred circle to be positioned? Why did it have to be here? She made a grumbling noise, and re adjusted the brown tunic that sat limply on her body, and pulled her gloves tighter onto her hands.

Shialan hated the city. It made her sick, all the people running around doing their benign chores and errands. Humanity and society frustrated the fifteen year old. She hated the smell of smog, the sounds of cars and trains, the steady babble of disgusting drivel that spewed from the mouths of all the inhabitants. They were vomit inducing.

Why was she even coming here anyway? True, the dream said she should discover her dragon form, but was it worth wasting her time in this god-forgotten slum? Grimacing, she made her way down the hill she had been standing on and walked slowly into the city. As expected, the sounds of the city hit her full on in the face, making her wince. They did nothing to decrease her temper. She continued to walk on, till someone tapped her roughly on the shoulder.

“Hey, you wanna buy some magic powder sweetheart?” Shialan turned, and saw a crook-toothed man brandishing a brown bag, waving it at her. A stall stood behind him with a painted sign hanging above it. The paint was peeling off.

“Guaranteed perfection, protect you ‘gainst nasty spells, only ninety coins!” he leered.

“I don’t want any.” was the cold answer that glided from the girl’s mouth. Most people shed away from Shialan when she put on that tone of voice. But the salesman was annoyingly persistent.

“Come now, it get rid of that ugly cut on your face, make you pretty!” he crooned. Suddenly, without warning, Shialan shot forward and pinned the filthy salesman against a wall, her dagger pressed against his throat. He spluttered in fear, dropping his ‘magic powder’ bag to the ground.

“I-said-I-didn’t want any!” the girl hissed, knife pressing against the man’s Adam’s apple.

“I sorry, I sorry! You not want any, I say no more!” he wailed. “Just take knife away from throat! Don’t kill me!”

Shialan growled, and sheathed her dagger, throwing the scummy man to the ground. She bent down, and picked up a pinch of the powder spewing from the open bag he had dropped. She raised it to her nostrils and sniffed.

“Washing powder. What a surprise.” she snarled, kicking the pile at the quivering salesman. Standing, Shialan spat at the man, and continued on her way, muttering about ‘scum’ and ‘filthy little moneygrubbers’.

The star was positioned in the centre of the city square. An interesting decoration, it had ten points, each with their own strange symbol. An eleventh symbol graced the centre. Shialan began to circle the outside, looking for the point that matched the symbol on her arm. Ah hah. There it was.

Shialan stood on the corner of the star, her feet aligned with the symbol of Ground. She closed her eyes, and recited the rhyme that had been repeating in her mind for hours.

Have mercy on me, oh guardian three, so you shall guard my ways,
For many years, for many months, and ever so many days,
Have I waited for this, my grounded kiss, forever I shall not sway,
To the ways of sin, for I shall win, and banish Osai TODAY!

As the dream instructed, the girl flung her arms into the air at the last word. The point of the star she stood on suddenly began to glow a deep brown. She grinned.

“Show me some dragon magic.”

Shialan suddenly felt an itching on her check. When she raised her hand to scratch, her noticed her fingers were gone, replaced by gleaming claws. She traced her remaining hand over her cheek, her smooth skin replaced by rough, sharp scales. Her face extended to become lizard-like, and long incisors sprouted from her mouth. An impossible number of spiky drill-like growths sprouted out of her back, while her legs and arms grew. The final addition to her new look came when a long tail snaked out of her upper back.

She roared, delighting in the massive noise that exploded from her throat. This was unreal. She was a dragon. A dragon. She felt the raw power of the ground element flowing through her claws, making grains of sand whip around them in miniature tornadoes. She was in heaven.

Then, as suddenly as the transformation had happened, it began to reverse. Shialan cried out in disappointment as her claws receded, her spikes disappeared and her scales reverted back to skin.

“God dammit…” she muttered angrily, as she felt herself shrinking back to her normal height. Shialan suddenly noticed the other four people standing on the star, watching her with wide eyes. She snarled loudly, sounding very much like she was still the dragon.

“What are you lot looking at?!”

OOC: Hope dats okay! ^_^

Wes sat up in his bed."Guess it's time to go"He said.He grabbed his cape and put it on.He touched his cheek with the Electric symbol and went toward the door.He saw that it was dark out."Good I like it when others cant see me so that they dont bother me"Wes muttered. He put on the hood the cape came with and continued walking."Why does it have to be far away?"He said softly. He pushed some branches and saw the Dragon Circle. Then he saw 5 people there already. He slowly walked up to the Dragon Circle and chanted

Have mercy on me, oh guardian three, so you shall guard my ways,
For many years, for many months, and ever so many days,
Have I waited for this, my electric kiss, forever I shall not sway,
To the ways of sin, for I shall win, and banish Osai TODAY!

Wes then felt a lot heavier but quickly he was at his normal weight."That was cool"Wes muttered. The others were looking at him strangely.

Karzu smiled as he saw the others come. Not that it was possible to smile with those bared teeth. <It might not be possible for you to reach dragon human yet, but I know you can do it once you bond.>

Isis rolled her eyes as she saw more people fail. "Ya know, I was kind of happier on my hoverboard then with this kind of treatment." She sighed and reached for the glowing blue circle in her backpack, then put it back as Karzu looked meanly at her.

<No. You must meet your dragons now. Please, I am sure they wil like you. Get in touch with your inner self, and they will come.>

Isis did so. However she felt nothing, saw nothing, then stomped on the ground. "WHY-CAN'T-I-DO-IT?" she yelled, almost slapping Karzu. I bet I could take him in a fight... she thought. Even if I didn't win I would inflict some damage...

Karzu snapped his head towards her. <You would not win. You would not even inflict damage.>

Darn she thought. He's been reading my thoughts. Karzu, just leave me alone. I want my thoughts private...

<As you wish, princess.>

"Listen, dragon boy, I may be the princess, but come on...don't call me that in front of everybody."

Everyone gasped. "No way, you're the princess?" asked the fire dragon kid.

Isis crossed her arms. "Well, I'm sure not the prince. Yes, I'm the princess you dork. But don't treat me like it. I mean, don't go bowing down saying 'Oh holy princess I love you' or whatever."

OOC: Well...her dad's the king, so she's the princess.

Sora wasn't paying much attention. He was thinking, things were running through his mind non stop. He'd look up at everyone now and then, catch something of what was going o, but soon was in a daze again.

He looked up again, but this time he didn't go out into a daze again. He was absorbing what was happening. He wasn't the only one who failed to produce a human dragon form. This made him feel better as he was unsure if he was doing it right.

He was starting to absorb some of what Karzu was saying. It was grabbing his interest more and more. He zoned out again when Isis and Karzu started having their little riff with each other, but his attention was drawn back when he heard that Isis was a princess.

"You're really a princess?" he asked, not trying to sound rude.

Sorry it took so long..

Angel sat on a bench in her garden, scanning the many bushes of various flowers. She touched the white rose in her hair, and sighed happily. This was her haven. She loved flowers, especially roses. Most of the plants she had raised herself. It was then she realized there was another place she had to be. She ran back into her house, her white blonde hair whipping about her, her robes waving gracefully. She pulled on a traveling cloak, which was also white, and walked out the door.

She quickly made her way into the dragon square. She stood on one of the triangles, and chanted:

Have mercy on me, oh Gaurdian three,so you shall guard my ways,
For many years, many months, and ever so many days,
Have I waited for this, my luminent kiss, forever I shall not sway,
To the ways of sin, for I shall win, and banish Osai TODAY!

She sensed a wave flow through her, and holding her for a moment. She felt light spread over her in that instant, but it pulled away as quickly as it had come. A dragon now stood over her, she could feel its warm breath on her face. It was long; it was a rusted brown color, its wings were almost red. It had dark reddish brown eyes, and a red rose sprouting from its tail. It was about as tall as her at the shoulder.

Hello said a voice in Angel's head. It sounded rather feminine.

Um... who are you? Angel replied in telepathy.

I am Bianca, the dragon who stands before you The voice replied, and Angel realized that the dragon's dark eyes were fixed upon her, but were soft and friendly.

((I wasn't sure which element to put in the chant, since Angel and Bianca's elements are both different. I went with light, but i'll change it if its wrong))

Memories in the Rain
"La-la-la...lalalalala-la-la...hmm...hmm..hm-hm...hm-hm-hm..hm..hmm" I hummed my favourite tune as I lay on the cool green grass and started at the bright blue sky, dotted with magnolia white clouds. I grinned. It was a beautiful day! (If I do say so myself) After staring at the sky about half an hour, something seemed to call me.

The dragon's square, one who is wind, beckoned a voice in my head.

The dragons square. It was supposed to be a mstic thing, located at the centre of the city. "I guess a visit wouldn't hurt," I said to no one in particular as I got up and strolled to the square, stepping on one of the triangles. Suddenly, a chart came out of my mouth, so naturally, I thought that I didn't do it.

"Have mercy on me, oh guardian three, so you shall guard my ways,
For many years, for many months, and ever so many days,
Have I waited for this, my skylark kin, forever I shall not sway,
To the ways of sin, for I shall win, and banish Osai TODAY!"

Hi! greeted a cheerful voice in my head.

I turned to my right, to see a sky-blue dragon looking at me with an expression of 'carefreeness'.

"Uh...who are you?" I asked the dragon.

I'm Lucied! replied the entuastic dragon.

"I'm Lucifer!" I greeted myself with the same entuasim. I grinned again. This was the start of a great friendship.

Well, this was just what Shialan needed. A group of annoying little people gathered here when she was trying to master this transformation. Hooray. And to top it off, the princess was here.

Shialan wasn’t a fan of royalty.

Grumbling darkly to herself, the girl sat down on her ground symbol. She felt unnerved by the people here. They frustrated her. Everything seemed to frustrate her lately. God dammit.

Suddenly, a bright light began to shine over the centre of the circle, causing the group of dragon-blessed children to cry out in shock and cover their eyes. The large black dragon hovering over the princess however, merely smiled in a satisfied kind of way. The light morphed and trembled till it became a glimmering disc.

Through gaps in her fingers, Shialan could see a shape beginning to appear in the centre of the light-disc. It stretched out, and began to push itself forward, and onto the square. It landed gracefully, but the ground shook under the sudden pressure of its weight.

The girl stared at the dragon staring lazily at the gathered youth, his purple eyes glinting softly. The beast was huge, with long, dangerous looking spikes covering most of his back and tail. He had stumpy horns sticking out of its forehead, and small claws protruding from his fingers and toes. He was light brown in colour, more of a tan shade. He had no wings. But his most palpable features were the long incisors sticking out from his mouth. They gleamed in the sunlight, two dangerous killing implements. The dragon continued to stare around at the congregation for a minute, and then he spoke.

“Which one of you is of the Ground?” he asked, his voice a low rumble. A few of the children jumped in shock. Shialan however, was unimpressed by the dragon’s dramatic appearance.

“I am,” she said. “Why?”

The Dragon turned to look at her, his gaze powerful and majestic. “You are the one of Ground?”

“Isn’t that what I just said?”

The dragon did not reply. Instead, he walked towards Shialan with long loping strides. He put his face in front of hers, peering into her eyes.

“You are different to what I expected,” he said. “But I suppose if fate commands it, we are to be joined together. My name is Schanaman, and I am your destined dragon.”

“Shialan. So you are my dragon, huh?”

“Isn’t that what I just said?” the dragon replied, amusement flickering over his purple iris’s.

“Well, aren’t we the smartass?”

“It’s interesting how you can insult someone who can rip you in half with one strike.”

“With those little claws?”

Schanaman blinked. “You are bitter for a human. Why so cold? Usually humans are running around everywhere, spitting out random babble. Or just spitting. Probably part of the fact that I dislike them so intensely.”

“Why are you here then?”

“I didn’t ask to receive a human. To tell the truth, I didn’t really want one. I hate the species, to be rather blunt. Ignorant little fools.”

“You…hate humans that much?”

“Isn’t that what I just said?”

“MOVING ON FROM THAT!! So you really hate humans?”

“Yes. Why so interested all of a sudden?”

“Maybe we aren’t as different as I thought.”

“Apart from the obvious physical dissimilarities.”

“I disagree. Watch this.”

Shialan closed her eyes and repeated the chant she had used before. All of a sudden, she felt the changes coming over her body, and when she opened her eyes, she found herself staring at Schanaman’s neck, instead of his feet.

“Ah, your dragon-human. Impressive. However…there are things that could be changed.”

“Like what?” Shialan asked, finding it much more difficult to produce the words with her new draconic jaw and tongue. Schanaman grabbed her wrist, and examined her long claws. He pointed at them with his shorter ones.

“These are far too long for a Ground dragon. Digging in the earth would become a trial with claws that big. They need to be filed down to about my length. It’s easier to dig that way.”

Shialan was barely taking in his words, as all of her concentration was going into maintaining the Dragon form. A bead of sweat trickled down her face.

“Your eyes are very nice looking, but can they see well in the dark? I presume your second eyelid works.”

“Second…eyelid?”

“Yes, your transparent one. To keep out dirt, dust and sand. You’ve got more than one, actually. Many more are waiting to be used, in case your main one gets broken or worn out. Oh, and your horns are too long too. They need to be filed down.”

“What…made you…the authority…on ground dragons?”

“It’s called experience. Just trust me, you don’t want long horns underground.”

“What about for fighting?”

“We’ll get to that later. First I’ll teach you the basics. Like how to hold onto your dragon form without having a seizure.” the dragon replied.

Shialan realized she was trembling violently, and sweat was pouring down her scales. Slowly, she felt herself returning to normal. Schanaman began to tower over her again.

“So you’re going to teach me how to be…a dragon?”

“Only if you wish to learn, and are willing to work hard. If you aren’t, then I won’t teach you. If I’m going to be stuck with you, then I may as well make you presentable. Don’t want to look like an idiot in front of the other dragons.”

“So its all about appearances?”

Schanaman shrugged his huge shoulders. “Partly. But I don’t want to be stuck with a loser.”

“We have something in common then.”

“I’m glad. So what do you say?”

“Fine. I’ll let you teach me.”

“I don’t want to be disappointed.”

Shialan smiled, a strange light gleaming in her eyes. “Oh, you won’t be.”

OOC: Yes, I tend to crap on. Shut up.

*gasp* gasp*

Jase was exhausted. "Damn, this dragon human thing is making my body feel heavier. And, it's so warm inside the here," he stated.

<First of all you're the dragon human of fire, so ofcourse it's going to be warm. Second, your have a lot of heavy waepon you can use, hence ehy is it heavy. Sadly it looks like you're using all your strength just to stand up straight!> the dragon yelled rolling of the floor laughing.

Everyone around them turned to look at them. The massive dragon was rolling around. "Oh great, I get the immature dragon of the bunch..." Jase complained.

Jase then felt something wierd. He turned around to see a long tail, with a big sharpe blade at the end.

"Ok, teach how to use this thing, Getsuga," he said.

"Suddenly the large dragon stood up and looked very serious. <You want to learn the basics? Start blowing fire! Just breathe in, then breathe out hard!> he said.

Jase was practising this, until he heard a strange sound. It sounded like a horse dying or sumthih. It started coming from Getsuga's stomach. Suddenly the dragon farted out flames that nearly charcoaled the princess! It also left a very bad odour.

Jase just slapped his head. "Oh, ****...."

Wes laughed at Getsuga farting.Baryl laughed also."That was hilarious!"he said."So Baryl teach me the basics of electricity"Wes said.Wes then repeated the chant."Alright focus"Baryl said."Okay"Wes replied.I focused and manged to control my Dragon-Human."Good now try to send your electricity to your tail"Baryl said.I channeled my electricity to my my tail and a thunderbolt was shot out of the tip of my tail."Cool"Wes said."Now for flying you must try to force your weight off the ground while your wings are flapping"Baryl instructed.Wes did what he was told to do and found himself in the air.He breathed electric breath and then fired thunderbolts.

OOC: Kya! Sorry it took me so long! *bows*

“Hey you! Get back here!”

Yasha was running through the town, being pursued by two men, one waving a rake in the air. “Great, what a perfect way to begin my day…” She muttered. She was hungry, so she decided to “borrow” some fruit from a nearby orchard. But, she was caught, and now she’s running for her life.

“Sorry, boys, but I have a life!” the girl quickly dove into a dark alley and hid there until the two farmers left, exhausted from chasing her around. She waited for a few minutes, then walked out and pulled trash from her silverish hair. “Bleh…” she said. It was then that she realized that she was supposed to be somewhere else.

“Gaaah! I should be at the Dragon Square, not wallowing in trash like a pig!” she raced down the streets, dodging everyone in her way. Soon, she reached her destination. She took note of the others who were there, then made her way to a triangle with her element.
Have mercy on me, oh Guardian three, so you shall guard my ways,
For many years, many months, and ever so many days,
Have I waited for this, my wooden kiss, forever I shall not sway,
To the ways of sin, for I shall win, and banish Osai TODAY!

What happened next…was hard to describe. The Wood Symbol on the circle lit up, and Yasha glowed with a dark, wood brown light. She felt a weird sensation overcome her.

“Whoa..” She said, then shook herself. “Okay then.” She froze, however, when she felt something blow on her neck. She turned to come face to face with a medium-sized dragon. It was a dull gray color, but it looked as if its hide was armor. It had a big pair of wings that remain closed. Its copper eyes stared right back at Yasha.

The dragon smirked, showing several fangs that glinted. “Hello, Yasha. I’m your Dragon, Zorin…”

OOC: Ew...I may be a tomboy but farting flames at me is still kinda sick...expecially from a dragon that big...

BIC:

Isis slammed the ground with her fist. Karzu turned alarmingly to her. <Yes, Isis? Or shall I address you by princess? Your father has instructed princess but if you shall want it I shall call you Isis. After all, Isis is a beautiful name and therefore I presume...>

"Shut up, Karzu! I've known you since I was three, and you have a tendency to just never shut up..." Isis moaned, covering her face with her hands. It proved diffucult, since she had her spike bracelet, but she wasn't afraid of a little spike.

All of a sudden she felt flames. A large fire dragon was aiming his butt toward her, and she instantly felt hot. HOT! She needed water. "Darn you dragon, I hate you!"

Karzu smiled freakily with his teeth and sprayed a bit of water at Isis, in which she cooled down. She took out her hoverboard and got on it, riding over to the fire dragon kid. She also got out her spear, which was kept short for stabbing or long for throwing. She didn't like to use it all that much, but when people annoyed her they were just asking for trouble.

"Get...your....dragon...out...of....my...face!" she yelled, jabbing the spear closer to his face until it was pressing lightly against his nose. She raised the board and scooted back to her own symbol, putting it away and shortening the spear.

<Isis, I presume you want me to call you that? Well, anyway, your dragon does not seem to want to appear yet. I cannot imagine why, as you would be one of the most fortunate to have a dragon like that, and...>

"SHUT UP, KARZU!" Isis screamed, and a portal appeared in the air above her. Her dark dragon, amazingly smallish but still teen size, floated down and got ready to attack. He turned to Isis and tossed his head like some "cool" guy.

<I assume you are my human?> he asked. Isis nodded, unhappy. She had wanted her dragon-human but got this piece of....

The Dark Dragon held his arms out in front of her, snarling. <If anyone touches my human they shall recieve a very large punishment. Blood shall stain the ground, and...>

Isis thought as her dragon droned on. This guy wasn't half bad.

<Understand?> he asked. Everyone nodded slowly, except for the ground kid who seemed to hate everything.

Isis walked over to her. "Hiya. I'm pessimistic, like you I think. I could tell you were, so...wanna be friends? Not that I think friends are cool, just someone to back me up if I get in trouble."

OOC: Hope Shialan doesn't kill me *pulls covers over head* ^_^

Typhlogirl

keep battling on!
OOC: Doing this from an internet cafe in the airport....^_^; ARGH THREE MINUTES LEFT!! AND MY PLANES BEEN CALLED!!

BIC: Shialan glared at the Princess offering her hand towards her. Schanaman watched the pair with interest, waiting to see her reaction. She could see masked fear in the girls eyes, but her pose was confident. Shialan looked at her again, and pushed her hand away.

"If you want a bodyguard, ask someone else." she said briskly. "I have no time for the likes of you. Wait for your dragon to come before you make weak desicions."

THe Princess turned away, but Shialan could see the hurt in her eyes. Schanaman looked at her.

"That felt unnessesscery."

"Don't question my motives."

"WHy do you dislike her so much?""

"Never you mind.""

"Fine...I...I guess..." she said, tears coming to her eyes. She wiped them away, not wanting anyone to see. Zero flew over near her. <Princess, what is the matter?> he asked.

"Shut up! Stop calling me Princess!" Isis yelled. "Apparently people hate that term. I mean, I told Karzu not to do that...and now everyone thinks I'm a goody two shoes. Shialan hates me now..."

<How did you know her name?>

"I don't know. It just sorta came to me."

Isis turned away and looked towards the sun. "I have no dragon-human, and no friends. At all. What's the matter with me? Why can't I be liked? I thought being a princess would get me friends, not take them away. That's why I didn't want anyone to know. Because I want friends without them knowing who I am."

Zero nodded and lifted off the ground. <I see. Karzu is my dad. Being the *prince* has its disadvantages. Most people avoid me because they're scared of what Karzu might do to them. Dragon Highschool was tough. I mean, everyone steered clear of me.>

"So...you're a prince too?"

<YOU'RE A PRINCE?!!> Zero asked alarmingly.

"Maybe I should've left out 'too'," Isis said madly. "I mean, you're royal blood?"

<Yeppers.>

"Interesting. I wish Shialan was my friend," Isis said sadly, looking out. All the other kids were talking amongst themselves, while Isis was sitting there and wondering what was wrong with her? What made her so...mean? Was it because she was dark element? That surely shouldn't stop people from liking her...

"Zero, when are we going to beat up Osai?" Isis asked. Zero cringed at the word.

<I hate Osai...he badly injured Karzu. But we shall be leaving tonight. I hope your things are packed.>

"Yep. Coolio. We're leaving tonight. Well, how about that...I'll be darned."

OOC: Typhlo, hope you have a fun time at Sydney. Tell me if you find Nemo :D If you need, I'll godmod you. I can act like Shialan, since that's the way my character Rika acts and I have to do her all the time (check out Digimorph Activate for an example).

Wes looked at Baryl who started teaching Wes the advanced techniques of electricity. Wes looked at Isis who was crying. Even if Wes didnt like being bothered, he really didnt like seeing people cry. He went over to Isis. "I'll be your friend"Wes said. He smiled which was rare with Wes.
