Dratini & Horsea

I'm trying to breed Dratini and Horsea to get a Dratini with the move Dragon Dance, but it always says "The two don't seem to like each other". I've tried many different ideas.

It's like this:
Dratini (female), Lv.10
+
Horsea (male), Lv.50

What have I done wrong?

I've tried Dratini (male) and Horsea (female) too.

If it says "the two don't seem to like eachother" it means that they can breed, but the egg may takes longer time to appear.
So, you aren't doing anything wrong at all.

They'll breed, but it's just gonna take longer

Besides the Breeding sticky, please also read the Emerald FAQ, which has the answer to this question in there, plus loads more, before making a new thread. Chances are your question is answered there and it helps cut back spam.
