Basically you draw a lot of cards, like the Dragonites, and shuffle them back in your deck. Then do it again.

You can only have 4 Mom's Kindness in your deck, so drop one.
Drop the 4 Pluspower, Copycat, Poke Blower +, Pokemon Communicator, and Mom's Kindness, as well as the 2 Expert Belts.
This leaves you with 22 open spaces
In there, put 4 Poke Drawer +, 4 Pokedex 910is, 4 Unown R, 3 Dialga from Great Encounters, and the Level X. This way you can draw with an attack and make your deck even more ridiculous.
Also, add in 4 Professor Oak's Visit, to get some more cards in your hand, and exchange the upper energy for some basic metal energy.
The remaining three spaces should go to Speed Stadiums.

OMG KFT is a genius! He gave good advice! Especially the Dialga! I neeeeed to skip my opponent's turns! This deck's gonna be AMAZING1

Yeah, Dialga adds a level of awesomeness to this deck that cannot be surpassed
Just watch out for Team Galactic's Wager and the like though.

Masquerain SV is a great card to attack and draw cards as well plus he takes less damage with his Poke-Body so you can get lots of cards with it. On a good turn you should be drawing 4-6 cards if you play it right.
