Drawing Tablet Reccomendations?

Sceptile Master

Survivor of the Great Avatar Depression
Should I get an Adesso CyberTablet Z8, Wacom Bamboo Capture Pen (CTH470), or a Wacom Bamboo Splash tablet for drawing digitally? The Adesso tablet is about $30 cheaper for where I can get it from but I've heard people have had customer service issues with them, and issues with some of their older tablets after a couple of years. And well, Wacom is always good.

I'm not new to art, just... in all honesty the only tablet I've used before is the uDraw Tablet for the Wii (which in all honesty isn't that bad, just the drawing program that comes with it doesn't have layer options, and a one size canvas whatever the texture may be).
