DS owner or soon to be?

So does anyone not have a Nintendo Dual Screen? Or will you be getting one just for Pokemon Diamond and Pearl when the time comes? I'm asking this because I'm curious about how many people here do have one. Also who has a DS Lite, I need to know if those are any good. cuz I still got good ol'phat DS.

I have a DS and a DS lite. Damn Nintendo for making me buy the same system twice for a redesign.

Excellent system with quite a number of great games already, it's well on its way to surpassing the GBA as the best Nintendo handheld.

I don't have a DS yet. However, I will have one for d/p. I'm planning on buying the Lite (I sampled the DS Lite and liked it more than the original DS), but I want to see how long I can wait for some limited edition colors to come out.

I've had one since Christmas, I have the original DS [ftw, screw you lite fan boys] and I have a few games... but that's for another section. If I never had a DS I'd buy it just for the pokémon games, but I knew they were coming so I bought one anyway. Just get any DS they all do the same job except the lite is "smaller" and "easier to use" seriously.

Yeah, I think I'll hold off on the DS Lite until I see some other colour variations, I love the white, but everyones got that one, I want something different. And plus I'd prefer to have DS Lite mainly for d/p it'll make the game look so much more pretty with the bright screen.

Right now, I have a DS regular, but in a month or so I will have enouh money for a DS Lite, I have played one, and they are awesome!! I love them!! Itll fit right in my draw next to my white PSP!!

Yeah I have a ton of DS games but all I play now is my Sapphire, I'm most likely going to buy a GBA SP again just so I will actually be able to battle and trade pokemon with my buddies.

I got mine for $80 at a pawn shop on a whim. I was looking for a new(old) TV and I saw it. It didn't have a stylus or an AC adapter, but I can buy a pack of styluses and I can use the AC adapter from my GBA SP. It even came with Animal Crossing!
