DS used for transferring/using Pokemon in PBR or a transfer pak controller extension?

What do you think they'll have? They'll probably end up using the DS to do it instead of making an add-on peripheral for the Wii controller, though I'd like the latter better even though I already have a DS (two if my sister's is counted). And by transferring/using Pokemon, I mean transferring them if the game has an RPG and using for battles if it's like Stadium.

It is confirmed that the DS will be used using the Wireless Connection capable between it and the DS. It'll be used for utilising your Pokémon and controlling them while battling
