While I wouldn't mind some more creativity with the Fire type, there's really only one type combo I'm actually hoping they do, and do well: Grass/Electric. I've longed for a fun, cool, and decently powerful Grass/Electric combo for YEARS. If they can manage all that, I'll be so happy~ ^_^

A few of your type combos already exist, Poliwrath, Aerodactyl Nincada and shedinja... but i assume you mean you just want more of those combos

Perhaps it would be easier to construct a list of all the dual types that dont already exist? and then rule out the ones we dont want or think are too ridiculous

Grass/Fire is an interesting dual type, but it's difficult to think about what kind of pokemon the type would be used for

Yeah, Dragon/Ice would be kind of unbeatable, wouldn't it? Except for Dragon-type moves; those will still be super effective against it

Combusken, Blaziken, Monferno, and Infernape are all Fire/Fighting.

I always wanted a Fire/Water type. I was thinking some kind of dolphin, since no dolphin Pokemon exists yet.

Also, a Fire/Ghost, Water/Ghost, and Grass/Ghost would be cool.

anyway, I did make a similar thread, but what-the-hell? (by that I mean I will contribute my thoughts unto this)

how about...

Grass/Fire? I could so see a Pokemon based on a red pepper!
Ice/Fighting? (if that has yet to be done) a yeti that leaps out of the snow and punches you! (I'm aware of Abomasnow's yeti origin, but still!)
Water/Ghost? perhaps maybe the soul of a mermaid or something?
I had others, but I can't remember them...
