Thunderwave Cave (5 Floors): Recieve first rescue request in your mailbox (Automatic).
Mt. Steel (9 Floors): Do a few Bulletin Board rescue missions and Dugtrio will go to your house asking for help.
Sinister Woods (13 Floors): After rescuing Diglet, do a few optional missions and Caterpie will ask for help.
Silent Chasm (9 Floors): After rescuing Metapod, go to Pokemon Square and see a cutscene, do a few Bulletin Board missions and Jumpluff will go to your base and ask for help.
Mt Thunder (10 Floors+3 at Peak): Finish Silent Chasm. Home of Zapdos.
Great Canyon (12 Floors): Finish Mt. Thunder.
Lapis Cave(14 Floors): Finish Great Canyon, watch the cutscene.
Mt. Blaze (12 Floors+3 at Peak): Finish Lapis Cave. Home of Moltres.
Frosty Forest (9 Floors+5 at Grotto): Finish Mt. Blaze. Home of Articuno.
Mt. Freeze (15 Floors+5 at Peak): Finish Frosty Forest
Magma Cavern (23 Floors+3 at Pit): After rebuilding your base (Uproar Forest, see below), do a few Bulletin Board missions, go to Pokemon Square and you will volunteer to go. Home of Groudon.
Sky Tower (25 Floors+9 at Summit): Finish Magma Cavern and go to the Square. Home of Rayquaza.
Uproar Forest (10 Floors): Finish Mt. Freeze. Do a few Bulletin Board Missions and look for a request by Wynaut on the Bulletin Board.
Howling Forest (15 Floors): Obtain Sky Blue Plains Friend Area and look for Smeargle's request on the Bulleting Board.
Stormy Sea (40 Floors): Beat Rayquaza HM Dive required to enter. Home of Kyogre
Silver Trench (99 Floors): Finish Stormy Seas and Pitfall Valley (Below). Befriend Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres. Talk to Alakazam in the Square and visit Legendary Island Friend Area, take a few steps and the birds will grant you access. HM Dive Required to enter Home of Lugia
Meteor Cave (20 Floors): Befriend Lugia. Limited to three items. Home of Deoxys Only money is found here.
Fiery Field (30 Floors): Obtain HM Surf (Solar Cave 20F, surrounded by water), go to the Square and a Spinda should appear and give you a feather, take it to Xatu on the Great Canyon and you will gain access. HM Surf required to enter. Prompted Save. Home of Entei. Fire Stones found on Floor 29

Western Cave (99 Floors): Befriend Ho-Oh. HM Surf required to enter. Home of Mewtwo. Beauty Scarf found on floor 59 behind a locked door.
Northern Range (25 Floors): Purchase Southern Island Friend Area from Wigglytuff and get HM Surf (Solar Cave 20F, surrounded by water). Home of Latios.
Pitfall Valley (25 Floors): Finish Northern Range. Home of Latias.
Buried Relic (99 Floors): Finish Stormy Seas and check you mailbox for a message conecerning about buried trasures. Talk to Lombre and then Shiftry in the Square. Prompted save. Home of Mew, Regice, Registeel and Regirock. HM Rock Smash found on floor 45 behind a locked door. HM Strength found on floor 60 behind a locked door. HM Flash is found on floor 70 behind a locked door. HM Cut found on floor 80 surrounded by water and a wall.
Wish Cave (99 Floors): Finish Pitfall Valley. Obtain Sky Blue Plains Friend Area. Overhear Medicham and Ekans discuss in front of Whiscash's pond. Do a bulletin board mission. Listen in again to te conversation at the same place. Do a bulletin board mission. Talk to Ekans in the same place and look for Medicham's rescue request on the bulletin board. HM Surf required to enter. Prompted Save. No money. LVL 1 regression Home of Jirachi. Wish Stone found on floor 50. Leaf Stones, King's Rocks, and Up-Grade found randomly in shops.
Murky Cave (19 Floors): Once you finish Stormy Seas and rescue Medicham from Wish Cave. Talk to Ekans and Medicham at the square. Go on a mission and beat Mt. Freeze again with Gengar. Only money is found here.
Desert Region (20 Floors): Purchase Furnace Desert Friend Area from Wigglytuff.
Southern Cavern (50 Floors): Obtain Boulder Cave Friend Area. Metal Coats found on floor 49.
Wyvern Hill (30 Floors): Obtain Dragon Cave Friend Area. Sun Ribbon found on floor 20 behind a locked door. HM Fly found on floor 30. Dragon Scales found on floor 29.
Solar Cave (20 Floors): Defeat Rayquaza. HM Dive found on floor 10 behind a locked door surrounded by water. HM Waterfall is found on floor 15 behind a locked door surrounded by water. HM Surf is found on floor 20 surrounded by water.
Darknight Relic (15 Floors): Purchase Secretive Forest Friend Area from Wigglytuff.
Grand Sea (30 Floors): Purchase Serene Sea Friend Area from Wigglytuff. Requires HM Dive to enter DeepSeaTooth found on floor 15, DeepSeaScale found on floor 25 sorrounded by water.

Purity Forest (99 Floors): Finish pitfall Valley. Obtain Sky Blue Plains Friend Area. No items, no money, only one PKMN may enter, LVL 1 regression and you cannot recruit. Home of Celebi.
