I just completed the 3rd lord goodwell quest and noticed how this game has a severe lack of healing items.

I buy porn rinds which i assume could heal me, i assumed wrong. Oh, i can use that tasty glased ham to heal in the tavern, well guess what, all i freaking have to do in the tavern to heal is stand still. No use for that stupid ham. Oh, i have newb healing kits. WHats that, i can only use them on party members? God forbid i don't want to join a freaking party to use 10 free healing kits.

People will probably come in here and call me stupid or try to explain how this is just like the DnD tabletop thing where it's for parties. Well guess what, i never played the DnD table otp game. I find that stuff extremely boring. What was i looking for in this beta then? You ask. Easy, i was looking for a nice MMO game that had something different. What i found was a game with a lack of healing items and nothing for people that may just want to solo through it.

I'm not gonna find a party and all that jazz just so i can spend 3 days going through the same damn dungeon over and over and over again with a few different templates. So far this game has been easy as a Warrior/paladin or whatever the heck i am. But i heard it will get alot harder and prettty much impossible to solo. Good going DDO.

Well, see, D&D is a lot different from other games. At least, PnP D&D is. If they actually made something faithful to it, then you won't find a lot of healing stuff. You normally have to go to churches and bring a cleric if you need healing. Dunno. I haven't seen it yet. Sounds like you jumped into something pretty cool though.

You're looking for either Potions of Healing, or Potions of Cure L/M/S Wounds.

Dude, it sounds like it's following the format of the PNP ones! Awesome!

Anyway, if the game uses 3rd Edition rules, just put some ranks into the Healing Skill. You can then use herbs and things in the field to heal your character. It takes a bit longer, but saves on healing items.

Plus once the game is finished, I'm sure there'll be Magic Shops to buy Potions of Healing and things like that from.
