Dusclops moveset

I currently have an impish duskull with flawless defense & sp.def. and am trying to determine as to its moveset and EV distribution as here's its intended set to be used in the battle tower as a tank:

- Pain Split
- Shadow Ball/Confuse Ray
- Will-O-Wisp
- Seismic Toss

If I give it shadow ball over confuse ray, that may slightly change its EV distribution.

Focus Punch is useless in-game unless:

• You have a Substitute set up.
  
• You are using it against a Sleeping Pokemon.
  
• You are using it against a Paralyzed Pokemon, hoping for the enemy to be fully paralyzed.

EVs: 252 HP / 58 Atk / 96 Def / 104 SDef

Prediction is pointless InGame, so Focus Punch's point is almost moot.
