Hi, there, I have a question about my SP, it has a dead pixel and I got it the same year it came out, but I keep it in pristine condition, it's just...wait a second...it's gone...that's...strange...either way it's got a few problems with it that are from factory defects, first of all: There's dust UNDER the screen...if you don't know what I mean, lets say the screen...turned to a gel and someone dropped a bunch of dust in it, then it went back to glass...it looks like the screen is un-clean, but it won't come off...does anyone know how i can fix this? Trust me, they're not dead pixels, it's just...dust under the screen somehow and I haven't taken it apart...

P.S. does anyone know anywhere where I can find a screwdriver to take off my SPs battery? It's gone down to a battery life of two hours, isn't that sad?

P.P.S. This is infuriating by the way because there's a big one right where my poor Swamperts eye is when I look at his stats!
