E4 re-match

how do you re-match the elite four so they have higher levels

Pretty sure it's just random like the gym leaders in Emerald. Just have to wait.

You don't.

The only games where there's a "second wave" of E4 are FR/LG. The E4 don't get any stronger when you battle them a second time in R/S/E.

I dont think you can fight the E4 with higher lvls. They will always be the same!

As evrybody has said the E4 don't get stronger they stay the same.
