Easy Pikachu in Emerald

I have an easy way to get a LOT of Pikachu in Emerald. (It might work in Ruby and Saphire. I don't know I ownly have Emerald and Yellow.) Get a Pokemon with the ability static. It attracts electric Pokemon so you have a much better chance of finding a Pikachu. I got almost twenty Pikachu one time and three lightballs. I have done this so many times. I have about 75 Pikachu and 7 lightballs.
