Eevee realated help!

I need help with a few things:

Do carbos, calcium, etc. help boast happiness?
Also Soothe bell, where do you find them?

However to balence out here some small tips from me:
If your raising an Eevee into and Umbreon or Espeon the cut off level should be 36 because Umbreon will miss faint attack and Espeon will miss Psybeam (it won't learn Psychic for an other 11 levels).

Also make sure it never faints or it will not become happy that fast.

According to the main site, the Soothe Bell is located in Slateport City.

Go to the Pokemon Fan Club and talk to the people there. One of them will give you the Bell if the 1st pokemon in your party likes you a lot

yes they do raise happiness, i find using the ev berrys help a lot on emerald, you can use it on a stat that has no evs and just raise happiness
