Yes it does because you can play as Eevee in mysterious dungeon and you can't make evolve in colosseum no clock in the game And for Umbreon and Espeon the time is other way round it change in the 3rd gen so really you need to do your research.

And for Furret question I don't know how make him evolve sorry! ^_^;.

He might be new to the pokemon game and Eevee evolution line with Umbreon and Espeon keep changing.

G/S/C: Espeon morning, Umbreon night. Now that simple but in the 3rd gen it change god know why.

R/S/E: Espeon 12:00PM- 12:00AM Umbreon 12:00AM-12:00PM. So that would confuse someone but wait there is some more in FR and LG there was no clock and Eevee was only in FR and LG heck even I got counfuse.

XD: they added two new item which was sun dust and moon dust in order to get Umbreon and Espeon. so it changed again.

As you can see Eevee evolution line with Umbreon and Espeon keep changing just like Eevee unstable D.N.A.

And as for your Eevee evolving it must be G/S/C because I evolved mine at 1:00AM in game and it evolve into Umbreon and here proof.

If he was asking how to evolve Eevee in R/S/FR/LG/E, he should post in other boards. But he asked here so I think he was most probably talking about Mysterious Dungeon.

To evolve Eevee to Espeon/Umbreon, you need a certain item. I type it in japanese. Don't know if you can see it.

たいようのリボン : evolve to Espeon (found in dungeon たいようの どうくつ)
げっこうのリボン : evolve to Umbreon

Whats wrong with you guys he's talking about mysterious dungeun not the others .

Any way in the help thread I asked Takuya and he answered that for jolteon,vapereon,flareon you need the stones but for the other two it might be items.

Maybe they're Sun Dust and Moon Dust or whatever the items were from XD

I found the way :

Jolteon(thunder stone)
flareon(fire stone)
vapreon(water stone)
Espeon(sunlight ribbon or sun stone one of these)
Umbreon(moon light ribbon or moon stone one of these)

anyway I think that umbreon and espeon must use the ribbons

You need to sacrify the ribon (sunlight or moonlight, depends wich one you want) whit 4 star or more (inteligence)
