Can someone please explain what Teehee just said? I'm really bad at knowing social things. But if its in a textbook, I can understand it before I'm done reading it. You should have seen my classmates reaction when I asked what Chipotle was on our end of the year party and when I asked what Parliament is. I thought is was a document like the Senate.
