Eeveelution?

I got an eevee recently and wanted to evolve it into an Umbreon. i brought the lunar ribbon, but it said i couldnt evolve. i tried equipping it, but it still said it couldn't evolve. whats wrong?

You must have a IQ of 4 on the Eevee.

Right, as well as having the Luna ribbion, you need to make sure your Eevee has a high IQ level. I'm not sure how high though...

Remember that every Pokemon in this game that would normaly evolve by happeniess evolves this way. (Pichu, Cleffa, Magby, etc.)
