Does it matter if your egg is in a different city? I've hatched quiet, rash, modest and mild pokemon in lilicove. Is it coincidence or does the city make it work out like that?

No. It dosn't make a differance.

The only thing that influences the Nature is if the Mother or Ditto is holding everstone (emerald) at the day care.
Cities don´t influence them.

yes it's 100% random.

Gender, Nature, and Inherited Values are completely random with Eggs. Hatching them in a different city doesn't make any difference either.

I can confirm this as I have been hatching some eggs for a while

One random parent passes on three random IVs the rest of their IVs are pretty random...
