Elder Scrolls Oblivion GOTY Help

I have a question. I've recently been thinking of picking up the Elder Scrolls Oblivion Game of the Year edition for the PS3, and I noticed that it comes with three (or was it two?) of the games' expansion packs. I also remembered how my parents forbid me to create a PSN account for privacy reasons. My question is, do you need to download the packs through a PSN account, or are they already on the disc?

That would be your first mistake right there.

But yes, it should be packaged with the disc. Knights of the Nine was never even released on the PSN Store anyway, since the PS3 version of Oblivion wasn't out at the time that expansion pack was released.

Don't have a 360, and Skyrim is a bit expensive for me right now.

But yeah, thanks for the info, really assures me on this buy! :)
