here the electricity is stronger than anywhere, the favorite electric pokémon will win.

when there are 13 pokemon in the losers list one pain split will change the votes, this mean that I´ll sum all the current HP and divide 5.
one random earthquake can come, this will only happen when the first pokémon has 70HP more than the second, then this will take 30HP of everyone, but the pokémon that was winning receives -50HP.
now you can use all the hurt and heal points in the way you want, there is no more the 3 limit, you can pentuple hurt one pokemon and pentuple heal another.
and all the other rules that serebii (for all the site) and mondo (for face-offs) clarified.
