I could proberbly evolve by trading it over eg. Genger and co.

I truthfully don't think it matters. For it is a game and anything could happen and most of all it's pokemon.Also maybe the new region will make pokemon evolve differently like the climate changes them...like you may think that it is unimaginable to have them evolve in one region and not in another but they do have pokemon evolving if you trade them.....which could NEVER happen...I hate them evolving when they trade!

Electabuzz can't evolve into Eleckible by leveling up, using a thunder stone, (or any current item for that matter), by level of happiness, or trading it (with or without a current item). If it could using any of these methods that means that Electabuzz could evolve into Elekible in any of the previous games. The only way Electabuzz could evolve is through a NEW method or using a NEW item. This way it wouldn't break the law of conservation of game mechanics (or something like that).

only having 6 levels of electabuzz? Lame. Elekid evolves at 30, and if you want electabuzz to evolve at 36, we barely have any time with Electabuzz.I hope it won't evolve by trading. If it does I won't get it

It will ONLY evolve by trading with a NEW item, or some new way of evolution. It will NOT evolve by level, EVER.

Why doesn't it matter? They added items for getting Azurill and Wynaut, and Eevee didn't evolve into Umbreon with a Moon Stone. If it didn't matter, those things wouldn't've happened.

Maybe trading it with some sort of machine thing, I mean it's ability as somthing to do with a machine if I remeber correctly.

You're right about that. But GF will think up a new way for the evolution anyway. Look at the past generations, when a new evolution is made for a pokemon from a past generation, it gets a new way of evolving.
I guess Electabuzz will evolve by trading it while it is holding some sort of new item.
