Elemental punches?

I heard that you can teach your Pokemon the elemental punches (ice, fire and thunder) in this game, and I was just wondering where and how I teach them?

I can't seem to find anything about them in the guides...

In Emerald you can. You need to beat the game and get to the Battle Frontier. There is a small house south of the Battle Dome with two old women in it; one of them can teach you the elemental punches for 48 Battle Points.

There are no move tutors in FR/LG that teach the element punches.But you can breed.
