Well, who caught Rayquasa before challenging the elite 4? I did and it really helped. I was quite surprised that it fainted quite a couple of times and my other pokemon were at level 46-47. I guess i misjudged the Ice/Water pokemon that Wallace Had also, is there anyway to beat wallace faster so i can get on with the game and get more money?

Level up your Pokemon more. Get them to about Lv. 55 or higher, and you should breeze through the E4 easily.

Use a Alakazam to get past wallace. All you need is psychic and T-Punch, and he takes two minutes average.

That and make sure to use "super effective moves" then when you run out bring him out as a back-up and use Outrage when the opponent has 2 Pokemon left; then getting confused won't matter. It's hard to explain, but this is what I did and after a few tries with level 50-60 ish Pokemon it worked.
