I need 3 more for a team to take on the Elite Four. Any tips on what to catch and where I can catch them? Also, what level should everyone be at to face the 4?

Sceptile Lvl 45
Leaf Blade
Pursuit
Agility
Slam

Swellow Lvl 45
Aerial Ace
Fly
Endeavor
Quick Attack

Gardevoir Lvl 43 (My bread and butter, she kills everything)
Psychic
Double Team
Calm Mind
Imprison

I'll help u out.

U need something with ICE BEAM, Drake will be a pain if u dont have it. U could go get the Regi's....but that takes forever! bc Regice is good against Drake it will be lv. 40 btw.

For non-legendary pkmn that will learn Ice Beam id go with...Milotic...but it too takes too LONG! grr...What version do u have? If u have Sapphire Kyogre will easily go through the Elite 4, it knows Ice Beam if u caught it.

Hmm...I think Ninetales will be good, u need some Fire for the Champ. Metagross is tough without it. Shes also one of the fastest fire types in the game.

And something a Fighting move (Break Brick for Sotopolis is great) It really hurts The Dark types of Sidneys and that Darn Cradily of the Champs.

As for lv's....(I recently restarted my RUBY and beat the E4 with:

lv. 44 Blaziken
lv. 41 Swellow
lv. 43 Gardy
lv. 40 Cacturne
lv. 40 Sharpedo
lv. 48 Armaldo

(had alot of items tho, like 25 Hyper Potions, 10 Full Heals, and 10 or so Revives.)

So id say high 40's or above will be good.

I would suggest raising all of them to level fifty or above otherwise drake at the least will take out anything you have in two or less attacks.

Level 50 will probably be your best bet.
I had all at level 50:
Blaziken
Manectric
Cacturne
Walrein
Breloom
Torkoal (Didn't use)

The most easiest way for me to beat E4 is this:
BLAZIKEN:for SIDNEY:
Sky Uppercut*
Flamethrower*
Thunderpunch*
Earthquake
ABSOL:for PHOEBE:
Slash
Crunch*
Razor Wind
Hyper Beam
BLAZIKEN:for GLACIA works again:
Sky Uppercut*
Flamethrower*
Thunderpunch*
Earthquake
RAYQUAZA:for DRAKE:
Ice Beam*
Dragon Claw*
Outrage*
Earthquake
MAGNETON:for WALLACE:
Thunderbolt*
Thunder*
Lock On*
Charge*
combos:
charge+thunderbolt
lock on+thunder

I've also found that a Gardevoir with Trace is good if you switch it in on Glacia's Sealeo or Walrein, as ice-type damage will be halved on Gardy. Plus, Gardy can CM + TB, so....

Ive said it before and I'll say it again:Heracross with Brick Break,Endure,Reversal and any other move (Counter worked for me but you could level up to get megahorn which kills grass types dead) totally kicks Sidneys and Glacia's asseses

First up, you need to do some serious training. Get them all to level 55+ and you have a better chance. Mine are always level 60 before I face the league, and frankly, level 45s are going to feel the heat of Steven's level 58 Metagross.

Sceptile: -nod- Keep him in there. Starters must always stick 'round :)

Swellow: in my opinion, Swellow can be quite weak, and what are you going to use it for? None of the Elite Four have weaknesses against Flying-types, so this one isn't going to help much. Unless you plan to use it for Cacturne... Golbat or Crobat would be a better choice.

Gardevoir: Good choice. On Ruby, I took Gardevoir on my E4 journey and she served me well. Make sure it has a good moveset though, bad ones can be fatal.

Walrein: Yup. This will definately help to beat Drake.

Flygon: I guess it could help with Drake, too. Do they learn Crunch? If so, use it for Pheobe Ghost-types.

Ninetales: as long as this one knows some great Fire-type moves, it will help with Steven. Make sure it has a high level to take out his Pokemon.

Good luck :)

Good luck :)

Actually, I've found that a high-level swellow can be helpful, especially against Pheobe. It's part normal AND it's immune to Earthquake.

My Gardevoir had Psychic, Shadow Ball, Calm Mind, and Imprison. Movesets are half the battle: if they have good moves, then you may not have to level up as high.

Behold! More Corn!
if you dont feel like leveling up some pokemon then just go catch the three regi pokmon and give them a few good TMs.

True :) I propably haven't trained a Swellow above level 45 before. However, I think other Pokemon are better in certain situations. Such as Crobat. Immune to Earthquake, part Poison.

Here is some more advice:
(this works better in Ruby and Sapphire because in Emerald they changed the pickup system)

1. Get 5 zigzagoon (or 5 pokemon with pickup)
2. Go to a route for EV training (i.e., for that Gardevoir, you could go to the glassmaker route with spinda and sp. atk train)
3. Train against the spinda/whatever you choose
4. Check your ziggies after every battle. Ocasionally, they will have pp up, and if you are doing a whole lot of ev training, you should get a lot of these. Use the pp up to boost moves like ice beam and psychic, because you don't get many of these and you need them alot. Also, they may find king's rock, which is an accuracy reducer. Most of the time, you get super potions, revives, and full restores, so you won't have to buy them yourself.

Hope this helps!
(p.s. In Emerald, what you get goes by level; check the main site for the chart)

I think a high leveled Sableye will beat these E4 and champion alone, he has no weakness.
infact, sableye HAS a weakness - darkness.
