whats the problem? just train some more. alot of people use the legendary birds, but if you ont want to, try vaporeon. it rocks. about level 60 to 70 should do the trick

Well the problem is that I just can't beat them. I've never ran into this problem before. I do try to train but the best place I found is Victory Road and It takes forever.

Hmm.... I suggest that you get rid of the weak moves. Pidgeot could throw out Wing Attack and Gust with maybe Featherdance and Return? And try not to have as many same type attacks on them. Arcanine doesn't need 3 fire moves. Try to get a large variety of moves on your team so that one pokemon can take out many different types. That's the tactic I used for the Elite 4 and it seemed to work fairly well.
