Mine: Around like 50-56
Charizard, Blastoise, Venusaur, Aerodactyl, Snorlax, Machamp.

I really reccomend Snorlax and a bunch of full restores. You can crush Lance with them because he uses Hyper Beam and wastes a turn.

Mine were around the 60's mark:

Charizard
Victreebel
Lapras
Nidoking
Snorlax
Raichu

Trillian

The hoopy frood
Fire Red:

Pigeot Lv.62
Raichu Lv.62
Cloyster Lv.62
Golem Lv.62
Butterfree Lv.62
Growlithe Lv.62

I wouldn't recommend this. I had to use what healing items I had (I didn't stock up) to stop myself from 'whiting out'. It came down to my rival's Venusaur against my Golem with 1hp left. I beat him by the skin of my teeth (solarbeam missed).

Leaf Green:

Rhydon Lv.70
Charizard Lv.70
Dewgong Lv.70
Dodrio Lv.70
Electabuzz Lv.70
Alakazam Lv.70

This team pretty much wiped the floor with all five of them, with very little use of healing items.

I just used my level 100 Mewtwo that I traded from my other game to beat the Elite 4 the first time around, it was pretty easy as they were all beaten in 1 blow, but then again they were almost like half the level of Mewtwo the first time you face them.

Deoxys Prime

Time will tell.
I used the following team...

Dragonite LV.58
Blastoise LV. 66
Raichu LV. 56
Sandslash LV. 57
Arcanine LV. 61
Zapdos LV. 64

Pretty decent I geuss. In the end they were all about 2 levels higher.

My Elite Four team was semi-cute. :3

Venusaur -- Lvl. 65
Lapras -- Lvl. 55
Persian -- Lvl. 61
Pidgeot -- Lvl. 60
Nidoking -- Lvl. 55
Nidoqueen -- Lvl. 56

for the first run, make sure that your Pokemon are AT LEAST at lv. 50. You shouldn't have too much trouble.

as for my first team... I had:
Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Pidgeot, Persian, and Raichu.

I said this thing in many threads similar to this, someone should open a thread for E4 help and sticky it and no threads like this anymore.

Anyway, E4 can be beaten by using most of pokemons, but training and their natures is the key to beat them.
