If you're looking for a good free email, Gmail is probably your best bet. As for personal details, I don't think Gmail asks for much, but then again, you can always make stuff up. XP If you'd like a Gmail account, send me a PM with your email and I'll send you an invite.

I'm not exactly sure but can't you go to jail for entering false info?

EDIT: Because they sell it to some advertising company and once it finds out it's fake it'll sure whoever sold it to them, and many places do take I.P.s and can track you down... not a very good idea to enter fake stuff.

However, for those who DON'T sell your info to advertising companies, I don't much see how that would be a problem...:p
EDIT: And not entering complete info isn't so much making up fake stuff as it is not telling everything. XP But you do have a point, for those who do sell your info.

LOL... like GMail? Yahoo? Ask them if they sell your info... ask them. They do and I know it. AOL definatly does. You know all that junk in your mailbox? That's from some company selling your info.

I've honestly never gotten junk with Gmail...^^' But to each his own, I suppose.

Thought that was only for important stuff like taxes, not email accounts you can make in 2 minutes. o_o

They wouldn't go thourgh all that trouble just to get you for inputting false info.

Uh oh it's illegal to post false information <.< *runs*

When they ask me for my Adress I am confused. Are they going ot post spam to me ? I just put SK1 7AD <or whatever random junk comes into my head> same for birthday, where I live, usually my email unless they're onna send me verification.. basically everything. Uh-oh :(

Damn beaten too it. Oh well I agree. But still scary that they could even if they wouldn't

Actually, put your real b-day unless you're under 13 (then fake it and and remember it) since you'll probably need it for password recovery. Same with your zipcode.

GO for G-mail. You can giva a limited amount of true stuff. If your above 13, just enter your real age. As for names, it's okay to change it a little.

EXAMPLE:

realname: umbreot
e-mail name: umbrayo
