Actually this depends on what list you are after, because take Crys's Hitmonchan for instance, it has different attacks in and out of the Frontier Battles.

During the Pyramid challenge, Chanon had skyuppercut and what appears to be firepunch, but when he's facing Jirachi in the Artisans Cave, the Pokedex showed that it has tackle, brickbreak, strength and machpunch instead. For Cubon, technically it didn't attack at all during the Pyramid challenge, but in the Artisans Cave, it had focus energy, bonemerang, bone club and false swipe.

I'm not sure if you're taking into account the attacks these two have used in the GSC series as well, because some of the attacks (eg. Chanon's megapunch and Cubon's bonerush) did not appear in the BF series.
