I've looked all over but cant find my answer so dont eat me if I missed it please? ^.^

Newho! Can you trade Pokemon from LG FR straight away? Casue with not getting the National Dex untill after the E4, and getting it from the first trade in RS, I was just wondering ^.^

You must have beaten the E4 first to unlock the National Dex and only than can you trade with FR/LG
