both azu and wailord suck, way better water types out there. Wailord has horrible stats and alot of HP.

elementhal punches on alakazam... help SO much, also shockwave is no good past a certain point like mid-gamish becuz it has low power, if you really feel you need 100% accuracy than thunder and rain dance are a better idea, although I wouldn't reccomend it. Just use thunderpunch, becuz idk if it can learn rain dance and thunder.
