I don't know if this is a redundant idea, but wat determines when the gym leaders challenge you for rematches? I've beat the E4 dozens of times and I have over 150 hours on my game and the gym leaders have only allowed me to rematch once each. And I can't figure out Wally either. I fought him 3 times in a day and haven't fought him since.
