I am playing Emerald through for the first time and would like some advice on the pokemon I have picked so far. I plan to do the Battle Frontier so keep that in mind.

Level 15 Treecko, Lonely Nature

Level 9 Poocheyna, Serious Nature

You're still very early in the game. My advice is to catch a bunch more pokémon. Get Zigzagoon, Makuhita, Aron, Shroomish, Elektrike, Tentacool, Taillow, they're all decent for in-game. For the frontier, focus on that completely after the E4 by getting and breeding some good end-game pokémon. Most of the pokémon useful there are not available in early game.
