Emerald Team (Need suggestion for sixth)

Emerald Team (Need help with items, move-sets and maybe Natures.) No flaming, please.

Yeah, and I want my sixth to be a non-legendary (and non-wannabe legendary.) that adds diversity but fits in with my theme of creepy-ish pokemon with flavour. (This team was clearly very based off of Harley's from the anime.)

Suggestions to items and move-options would be nice, too. Just please. Keep it contstructive (read: No "UR TEEM SUX"). I go with what I like, not what's "00ber."

Note: No access to anything but Emerald, can't trade either (Which is why I have no Kingdra). As I have yet to actually make this team in-game, I still have access to all TMs and Move Tutours.

Also: I am not really interested in Hidden Power or anything that requires alot lot of breeding.

Kay. I got a Spinarak with an Adamant Nature (No Baton Pass, though...). Plus, I got a Houndour with Modest Nature. Still working on the rest.

Though I think it's still really prone to Starmie -_-;. And I still have crappy ol' Ariados who I can't get rid of 'cause he's cool. ;_;

What exactly is Ariados baton passing...? Can he pass Spider Web or somethin'?

Still need to know how to get two Sludge Bombs, too. ^^; Can it be picked-up as well?

Unfortunately, Sludge Bomb cannot be picked up. You can pick up Earthquake in Emerald and Return in FR/LG, but Sludge Bomb is a one-TM-per-file-at-max move.

*Covers too many of his weaknesses IMO. (Though it doesn't feed off that Sp. Attack... hm.)
** Um... I can't see a breeding chain to get Leech Seed on Sceptile without Chicko. And I can't get Chicko.
