Substitute/Return for Absol is better than Slash. You can either get some time to Swords Dance, or just use Return since it's stronger than Slash. (without the critical hit)

Instead of Tri Attack for Dodrio, there's always Quick Attack... but whatever.

Thunder Wave > Rest for Lanturn. ChestoResting isn't as useful as it sounds. It only works once. -_-

Ingame, Rapid Spin/Roar for Donphan isn't that useful. Try Counter for that last slot, and keep Rest.
 
:/ Scope Lens? >_> That barely works. :X Your best bet is Leftovers... but if you're using it for the BF, there's that freakin' Item Clause... ¬_¬

That set for Lanturn can be put to much more use on a Starmie. Lanturn was made to be an annoyer - don't fight it.

Not really. Double Team is a bad move because it basically means that the whole battle is relying on luck. Plus no attacking moves if you have Double Team. Go with Surf.
