Tell us which three you're planning to use in Battle Tower. We'll need to assign items respectively for your BT team - the item clause is always a problem.

If I may narrow down your choices a little, I suggest using 3 of the following.
1. Alakazam
2. Manetric
3. Pinsir
4. Crobat
5. Ninjask
And a Pokemon tht can take some hits.
Though all of those will be absolutely killed by EQ/RS
