Shock wave for Water flying and birds with resistance to psychic

Also there is no need for shockwave, because as mentioned before, STABed psychic pretty much kills everything that shockwave would kill. Or at least 2HKO it.

Well, since you are going for the nature breeding part, and need the national dex, you might as well get curse in the process. Curse is good. Also just use something more physical instead on absol. Razor wind is not worth the charge up. Even Hyper Beam is better, I am not lying. But don't se H-beam, use something else that is good, like Return.

Ahem... If I may say so myself, I destroy all Cursing Swamperts in my path. I think Curse on Swampert is highly overrated. I have used it before, and do not like it compared to my other Swamperts, which I have trained around 20. An example of my point... Dome Ace Tucker's mistake was using Curse. The lowered speed allowed my uber-slow Ludicolo to strike first and OH-KO it. (I had ~5HP only, too, last Pokemon.)

Give Wurmple a break! He's only at Fortree! I don't know about everyone else, but I NEVER keep the same team I used to defeat the E4 the first time. I can maximize EV training afterward and everything else.

Aerial Ace? Hmmm... as I mentioned in my post above, I don't like to use the team I use first as my permanent, so I'd save the TM's for later.

Possible Absol?
ADAMANT, w/CHOICE BAND
Double Edge, Shadow Ball, Aerial Ace, Iron Tail

This is the Absol in the Battle Factory, but I found it to actually be quite good. You'll end up commiting suicide a lot, but you'll take down many foes along with you. For EVs, 252 ATK, 252 SPD, and remainder HP probably, considering you'd be aiming for OH-KO each time... Was a life saver against Noland...

I saw that, but the moveset above is just a suggestion. I don't know if you had access to trading or not... It could probably be replaced by another good physical move- Hidden Power Ghost or Hyper Beam*, for instance.

Noticing (Name witheld for my safety)'s sig, Hyper Beam really isn't that great, I agree. Hyper Beam would just happen to work on that Absol.

No one keeps swampert in against ludicolo.

That isn't a very good absol, steel types like steelix and skarmory rip it apart and having to keep double-edging till you die isn't so hot.
Also, Hyper beam is NOT a good physical move.

Wrong. When you have one Pokemon left, Heheheheheh, you can't switch. But if it isn't their last one, you can anticipate the switch, and switch out yourself. Doing that properly should eventually result in a final round between Ludicolo and Swampert. (I do it all the time. Drives people MAD! And when I fight with my best Swampert, which is faster than most Swamperts... see below.)

-> Mirror Coat is not an issue, since, according to many people, I'm the only one "stupid enough" to use a MC Swampert
-> Absol is useless against Steelix and Skarmory to begin with. Choice Band does not prevent switching.
-> Dark attacks are weak on Steel. (Pokemon 101)
-> Absol's ATK is better than SP. ATK
