You're over-lapping your attacks. That means that you've taught your Pokemon 2 or more of the same type attacks that damage.

For example, your Gardevoir has Confusion AND Psychic. Both Psychic and Confusion are the same type, and damage, so only one is needed. Remove Confusion because of the weak damage it does. I suggest Hypnosis instead. (because you probably don't want to re-breed). By replacing Confusion with Hypnosis, it could give your Gardevoir time to use Calm Mind more effectively. Also, Flash is a bad attack in battle. Thunderbolt is a better option because it goes with Gardevoir's high Sp.Attack and Calm Mind.

Swellow too, has attacks that are over lapped. Now, since this is ingame, it is acceptable to have Fly. Consider this MS:
-Aerial Ace
-Steel Wing
-Return
-HP Ground, Fighting/Quick Attack

Swellow doesn't have a physical movepool that has variety. :/ Quick Attack will give you a first hit. It works if you're suffering, or if the opponent is almost out. Swellow doesn't have the defenses/Hp to use Whirlwind effectively either.

...did you bother to replace any of the moves that the legendaries had after you caught them?

...the sets they have at lvl 70 when you catch them are pretty ineffective - look up the standard sets and abide by them.

Swampert:
Changed Rest to surf and facade to Ice beam

Swellow:
changed whirlwnd to return

Gardevoir:
changed confusion to hypnosis

well, the others.....
Im still thinking of which is which.
