Metagross badly needs Meteor Mash, its it's best move. Agility once and you now outspeed everything. Kill all with MM and EQ and then go boom when ur done.

take overheat and white herb because you have adamant

The Overheat + White Herb combo won't work. Blaziken's Special Attack is high enough so that he can do damage with a STAB Fire move, even if he has a -Satk nature. And Swords Dance > Aerial Ace.

And if you'd like a CB Gross, Rock Slide should go over Agility. Otherwise, use ludicolo_kid's sets. Though Curse could go over Surf/Ice Beam on Swampert.

You don't need both Rest and Pain Split. Shadow Ball over one of them, and Careful Nature. But here are some other Dusclops options:

i should actually choose breloom over cacturne.i tried them both and breloom has better defenses and a better attack.but if you want sp. atk. go with cacturne if not:

focus punch is utterly useless on that set.
it isn't picked in your sleep, and in-game it is useless anyway.
Seismic Toss > focus punch.
