Emerald-The Deprived Game

When ione looks at the list of pkmn missing from Emerald, I am just wondering if anyone was as shocked as I was.

In case you do not know what is not-catchable:
Meditite
Medicham
Roselia
Surskit
Masquerain
Lunatone

Now, really, I do not know about everyone else, but I think some of these pkmn are the bhest around. I am not here to say why they are good, so I am not gonna get into that.

I am gonna say is:
Perhaps Nintendo removed those pkmn from Emerald b/c perhaps they were generally disliked, or at least lesser-used. Yes, they can be btained through trading, but assume one does not have such resources. They had removed some of the better pkmn from the game.

What does everyone else think? Is this just me wishing I had some of these-or could that have been possible? We would not know how liked they were in japan, for obvous reasons...

i hate nintendo for doing this as i only have one game boy ( a brand new green micro specially for emerald ) and i cnt get these pokemon now ... i hate u nintendo ....

1. you can get surskit in emerald when there's an outbreak of them. I like them and especially there cry! ^^
2. I do aggree about meditite/cham, I like them, even though I don't even think I've ever caught one in R/S
3. Lunatone is OK, but It's not a big loss for me.
4. Roselia is sort of OK, I don't really like it...

You left out Zangoose, Myst, who is superior over Seviper, IMO. Yeah, I thought it was cruel of them to take out surskit, roselia, and meditite/cham, since they're useful for breeding.

of those, the only real reasons to miss any of them are:

lunatone: opportunity to steal more moon stones
zangoose/medicham: awesome physical sweepers
roselia - only way to get aromatherapy on blissey

oh, wait. that's all but one of them. yeah, i'm just glad i can trade the ones i'm missing from my sapphire.

Zangoose was the only one I really missed. I never used any of the others in their respective games, anyways.

It would be nice to have Zangoose on emerald =/. He's one of the only normal types I'd want to use. The others I just use for pokedex and breeding.

well not only theyre underappreciated (i think but i still love roselia even though ive only raised it once) eh and maybe theyre were trying to get you to buy ruby and sapphire so you can complete your pokedex so they take pokemon from each game and some inbetween

you can get pokemon in Emerald which you can't get in any of the other games so why would you not expect some of the pokemon available in R/S to be in Emerald? The idea of the games is to trade.

Emrald isnt depreived, its the best and has the most, all those pokemon listed are weak and arnt very strong, no one even catchs them, i personally dont have a problem with them being token out of the final game.

I like Medicham/Zangoose, but i just traded the rest for the Pokedex...

I love zangoose he was my first lvl 100 luckily i got 1 from a friend and a back up on my XD. I wanted medicham so i can give my abras the elemental punches.
