What is the difference about Safari zone and safari zone extention? I want to catch the pokemon you can get there after elite 4, but it is still the same as before...why?
Why can't I catch Bagon?
And Feebas for that matter. I have tried all, but the thing that works. I have read all your good adwise, but it doesn't work.
Hope you will help.

Safari Zone: There's an extra part. When you enter the zone, go up, and soon, on your right, will be a path leading to an opening where you can catch G/S/C pokemon.

Bagon: Meteor Falls, go to the room where TM02 is. Walk around there.

Feebas: You need to tell the person in Dewford a thing that's hip, then go to Route 119, and fish on EVERY SQUARE. TWICE.

Hope that helps.

Here is some advice on Feebas. Also, make sure that you check out this link, it has excellent Feebas information on it. http://www.serebiiforums.com/showthread.php?t=2802

Feebas is extremely rare, they can be found on Route 113 by fishing in the water. There are only 6 different "tiles" that Feebas will appear on, and the tiles that they appear on will when you change the trendy phrase. You would be best off not messing around with the trendy phrase, and just concentrate on finding your Feebas tiles. The best thing for you to do is to check every tile by fishing with the Old Rod, and if after you have encounter 3 Pokémon, you don't find a Feebas, then go ahead and move on to the next tile. Make sure to do this in an orderly fashion so that you don't forget which tiles you have already checked.

In the Safari Zone extention, the pokemon are completely different from the rest of Safari Zone. Pokemon like Houndour, Woopers, Hoothoots, Quagsires, etc. can be found there. When you exit the main Safari building, go up and there is an opening to the right you go through to get there.

Bagon. *Sighs in love.* Deep in Meteor Falls through a maze of ladders and water and a lot of lvl.35 to lvl.42 pokemon. It's near where TM02 (Dragon Claw--how ironic) is found and only on that tiny little piece of land.

Feebas. Probably--no-- Feebas IS the rarest non-legendary pokemon in the game. Talk to the guy in Dewford for what's hip and happening and then go to route 119 and fish on every square of water there at least twice (I fish 3). Also, from my own experiences in the R/S and E, Feebas are more often found in the lake at the bottom than in the river near the Weather Institution [Though it usually takes me about 1 to 3 hours to find a feebas anywhere.
-__-.] Oh, and there are only 6 squares out of all the squares on Route 119 that has a feebas.

After you beat E4, go in north side and then turn left, look in the grass until you see a pokemon that's not in Hoenn pokedex. This is what I have to say.
As for Feebas, look in the game mechanics in the main site. I think it is written Feebas Factor.

Stop spamming.

On topic: In the Safari Zone extension you can catch Jhoto Pokemon, such as Miltank, Mareep, and, my favourite, Houndour. The extension is directly above the building. You must turn to the right and find a pathway through the trees. It has a waterfall, lots of grass patchs and a Pokeblock Feeder.

Feebas! Follow everyone else's instructions to get the ugly little fish. If it has a Mild, Modest, Quiet or Rash, it's good to go. If it is Impish, Adamant, Careful or Jolly, leave it alone. Those are BAD natures. However, if it's female, breed her until you get a good nature.
