They translated Special to the end of the Yellow arc in the US, and the translations continue in Singapore.

They also translated volumes 1-8 of Magical Pokemon Journey (PiPiPi), and the entirity of Ono's series.

Many of the Japanese Pokemon manga have been translated into English, mostly by the Singaporean company Chuang Yi. Here is a list of all the pokemon series they have translated, and please refer to the 'Where To Buy Manga' sticky if you wish to purchase them.

If you're talking about original English Pokemon manga, there aren't really any officially published ones unless you count the comic strips which I know appeared in some newspaper a long time ago.
