So the Enigma berry restores your hp once when hit by any super effective attack instead of receiving damage from it? I'm surprised it's not overused in competitive battling.

Does anyone know just how much hp it restores?

The Enigma Berry isn't used much because it isn't readily available. I believe you can only get it through PBR.

As for the health restored, I have no idea...

I got one from my Darkrai.

I think it restores like half of max HP or 1/3 or something like that after taking damage from a super-effective attack.

It restores 1/4 of your HP when hit with a super-effective attack.

I have a few, but don't ever use them.

Oh so it restores hp AFTER you take the damage? I was under the impression that you didn't take damage at all from one attack and got hp restored instead.
