Entei/Raikou/Suicune natures and stats

I heard that the natures and stats of these pokémon is decided in the begining of the game, is that true?

That is true, just like the Lati@s from Ruby/Sapphire. Since the legendary beast that you encounter after defeating the Elite 4 depends on the starter that you chose at the beginning of the game, it makes sense that the dog that you encounter would have all of its stats decided when you choose your starter. ^_^

Get Colosseum, where the stats and natures of the beasts is not preset. Also, their IVs are not preset to 0, like the ones in FR/LG are.
And not to mention you can get all 3 in one game.

Actually,Latios/Latias in R/S is not the same.Their stats aren't decided at the beginning of the game.Latios/Latias 's stats are decided after you watch the television.

And if you don't have Colosseum,then you have to wish yourself good luck.

I believe maybe he met ev's, cuz having iv's at 0 would make it a very sucky pokemon, worst possible stat gain ever.

Nope, most of the IVs are set to 0. Two stats, I think HP and maybe attack, aren't though.

is there any way of knowing what nature your dog will be ahead of wasteing 25-60 hours to beat the e4 and catch the damned thing

Natures on the Legendary Beasts or Lati@s aren't decided from when you first start your game, people. I did a thing when catching Suicune. When I first found it and threw a Master Ball at, it had a Modest nature. After that, I turned the game and turned it back on again and found it. It had a Quirky nature.

the legendary beasts nature are preset everyone in the past agrees on this and i have not found it any differant on my own. i still try to catch a shiny beast but when i give up i still catch and check the nature never any change. yo im out...

You can go to JAA and keep downloading (I heard the attendents don't care about how many you download) the dogs until you get the nature you want.

Yes it is true, just like in R/S/E there stats and natures are predetermined

I downloaded a total of five suicunes, six celebii (that's got to be how you make it plural, right? ). At JAA they will let you keep coming back to download as many as you want (they'll only let you download two at a time, though...four if you bring to game cartridges).
