Hey just wanted to know if anyone could tell me were I can find Entei. I have all the prerequirements just can't find him. For example with latios and latias on Ruby and sapphire I can always find them first in grass to the left of the safari zone and to the right of Registeels cave. Any help would be the jam....;244;

It's completely random, just like with lati@s. You just have to get lucky. You just got lucky with the latis.
It's a random event. You can only find it in the grass (not in caves), but it could be anywhere. Just be patient and hope for a little bit of luck.
